General Queries

Prepaid orders are shipped on the same day & delivered within 4 working days. It generally takes 3-6 working days to deliver the parcels. Metrocities take 1-3 days maximum.

Yes, you can choose to cancel your order if it is unshipped. We will initiate 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via email. Please be apprised that the shipped orders are not eligible for cancellations as they are dispatched within 24 hours of the receipt of order.

Customers can modify the shipping address before the product has been packed. After the packing of the product is completed, no modification in the shipping address will be accepted.        

Shipping is free on all orders. If you order using cash on delivery (COD) INR 50 will be charged on your order.

The payment for your order is accepted through online transactions as well as cash on delivery.

In case the order does not get delivered within 7-10 working days, you can write to us at [email protected]. We will do our best to get it delivered at the earliest.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS with a link to track Jogger Sports order details or you can visit this link https://joggersports.shiprocket.co to track your order details.

You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Cancellation, Exchange, and Refund

Cancellation is possible only until the order has not been packed. Once the order has been packed and dispatched no cancellations will be accepted.

Multiple order cancellations by one customer will lead to their account being added to our blacklist.

All products on the website are available for return and refund / exchange.

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out and you might need to exchange your purchased product. Hence, you can exchange the size of the product. No Refunds will be initiated in case of size Issue.

If an exchange needs to be made, you can select the size of the product you wish from the inventory. The order then needs to be sent to the drop-off as mentioned. The charges for the return will be borne by the customer.

Once we’ve received the package the order will stay in our inventory for one day for safety concerns. The order will be checked for damage and once approved, the exchange process will be initiated and the new order will be delivered to your address.            

For return / exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Once the product is dispatched, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you. To exchange a product, you need to make an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Exchanges can be easily done by logging into your account.

No shipping charges will be levied on the exchanged product.

The customer will only be allowed to exchange the product once.

Return request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

Boxers, Socks, Perfumes and Face Masks cannot be returned keeping hygiene into consideration. In addition, orders including any free products received during promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns / exchanges.

For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order. The amount would be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If not, please get in touch with your respective bank.

Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.

Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, a coupon code worth the Order Value will be sent to the registered email and whatsapp number which can be used in under 30 days from the issuance of the coupon code.

In case of orders placed with discount is returned, the discount will be waived off and the products will be billed on MRP. The balance amount will be refunded as store credit.

While placing your order you will find an option for the SIZE CHART on the product page which includes detailed information on sizes and fit. You may click on the same and find your perfect size.

In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to your account within 2-3 business days. In case it does not, mail us the details of your transaction at [email protected]. We will verify and get back to you at the earliest.

In a highly rare scenario, if you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 2 days of receiving the product on (email/number). Once the complaint is raised, please send us a picture of your damaged/defective product, a picture of the label along with the description of the damage on [email protected]. We closely inspect each product that goes out of our office. Nonetheless, in case you receive a defective or damaged product, you must let us know within 7 days.

We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product, please visit the returns section on the website to raise a return request if you receive any wrong order.

  • Items cannot be returned on grounds of color.
  • All items that are being returned by you should be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
  • The returned item should have the label intact and the packaging box, just like it was sent to you.
