Refund Policy
- Prepaid orders will get full refunds through the original mode of payment, for Example- bank account / UPI ID/ Paytm/ GPay.
- Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
- Payments made with COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH IS VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.
- In case of cash on delivery orders (COD) WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE in the span of 7 working days WHICH IS VALID FOR ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODEon your registered e-mail address /contact number.
- COD Handling charges are not refundable.
